The aim of this course is to provide an introduction to Quality Management and the ISO 9000 standards. 

The objective of the course is to promote quality awareness to organisations and explain how they can manage quality within their business operations.

This course is aimed at those who require an introduction to the concept and philosophy of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and an understanding of the components and functions of an effective Quality Management System.  The course is ideally suited to Managers, Supervisors as well as other staff who require knowledge of QMS.
