Aims and Objectives of the Course 

The aim of this course is to provide an introduction to Quality Management in the Laboratory and the ISO/IEC 17025 standard. 

The objective of the course is to promote quality management for laboratories wishing to demonstrate that they are technically competent, operate an effective quality system, and are able to generate technically valid calibration and test results.
 

Who Should Attend? 

This course is aimed at those who require an introduction to the concept and philosophy of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the Laboratory and an understanding of the components and functions of an effective Quality Management System meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.  The course is ideally suited to Managers, Supervisors as well as other staff who require knowledge of QMS in the Laboratory.
