Management Development Programme
The
Management Development Programme is aimed to promote the personal development of
a quorum of managers identified by you, across the company, who are viewed as
having the potential for further development in the areas of strategic
management and people management issues.
The
programme will be a fully integrated sequence of training modules and all
modules will be fully ‘hands-on’ with participants undertaking practical
exercises throughout. Role plays
and video recordings of participants, where necessary, will form part of some of
the training, as well as professional videos and games being used appropriately
to enhance understanding.
